OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER, OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 5, 2021 at 11:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) and ends at 12:00:00 PM EST on August 7, 2021 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is in-house apparel, inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958 (the “Sponsor”).

3. Rules: The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these “Official Rules,” and by entering; all entrants (each, an “Entrant”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

4. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of and located in the United States, with the exception of residents of the State of Tennessee. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and/or persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

5. Agreement: By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound to these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions and interpretations of Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

6. How to Enter: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by either 1) following Sponsor’s Instagram account (@inhouseinc) for, at a minimum, the duration of the Sweepstakes Period; and liking the Sponsor’s Instagram post that announces the Sweepstakes, OR 2) mailing, in legible hand writing, their full name, complete address, email address, Instagram handle, and date of birth in a properly stamped envelope to: IN-HOUSE Wiz Khalifa Signed Poster Sweepstakes, 40 East 94th Street, Apt. 19A, New York, NY, 10128.

Each person submitting an entry shall be an “Entrant”. Entrants may only make one (1) submission during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply or adhere with these Official Rules or other specifications, or exposes Sponsor to any technical, legal, or financial risks or problems. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

By submitting an entry during the Sweepstakes Period, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes and agree that the entry conforms to these Official Rules. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00:00 P.M. EASTERN TIME ON August 7, 2021.

Important Note: Entries submitted via your wireless mobile device (which may only be available via participating wireless carriers and is not required to enter the Sweepstakes), may be subject to standard data rates for each message sent or received from the handset according to the terms and conditions of the wireless carrier’s service agreement. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile device bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Participation in this Sweepstakes by mobile device means that you understand that you may receive additional messages by mobile device relating to this Sweepstakes, including notifying you if you are the winner, which may be subject to charges pursuant to your carrier's rate plan. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your mobile device’s capabilities for specific instructions.

All entries, upon submission, become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and publish any or all of the entries and may use them in any and all media for any purpose, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity without attribution or compensation to the Entrant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity.

7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Five (5) Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period

The Prize is one (1) poster signed by Wiz Khalifa. The total ARV for the Prize is $300. Any and all guarantees and warranties on merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Third party trademarks are used herein solely for purposes of prize identification. No sponsorship, endorsement, authorization or approval by the relevant trademark owner is intended or implied by such use.

The Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. The Prize may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged by the winners. The Prize may not be published, copied, or replicated in any way by the winners or any other party. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. The Prize is subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions imposed by issuer. Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any and all Prize expenses, including without limitation any federal, state and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its designees to use the winners’ name, Instagram handle, likeness, picture, voice and biographical information for advertising and marketing and other purposes in any and all media, now and hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission unless prohibited by law.

9. Winner Selection: After the end of the Sweepstakes Period on or about August 7, 2021, the winner of the Prize will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all matters related to the selection of the winners. The winner will be notified by the direct message feature on Instagram on or about August 6, 2021. It is the Entrants’ responsibility to timely check their Instagram account for such messages. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of delivery of notice attempting to use such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to announce the potential winners, at its sole discretion. The winner will be required to respond to Sponsor’s notification within 72 hours and in accordance with the instructions therein or the Prize will be forfeited, and the Entrant disqualified. Winners may be required to provide (or confirm) information that includes, but is not limited to, the following: name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and verify eligibility per these Official Rules. Winners may be required to execute and return a completed original notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (except where prohibited) Publicity/Name/Likeness Release form and Rights Transfer Document. Failure to fully complete, execute, notarize, and return all required forms as specified within this time period may result in the winner(s) being disqualified, and in the event of any such disqualification or any other disqualification permitted under these Official Rules, or in the event that any Prize notification is returned as undeliverable for any reason, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner(s) may be selected (time permitting).

Publicity Rights: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, assignable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such entry in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes and constitutes permission for Sponsor or its designees to use Entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. If requested, Entrant will sign documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights Entrant is granting to use his or her entry or any portion thereof.

10. Waivers, Disclaimers, and Releases: Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), application hosts and facilitators and cellular provider(s), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) and acknowledges that the Releasees are not responsible for any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever related to or arising from this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; inability to access Instagram; inability to connect to Instagram; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer, or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines, mobile networks, or the Internet or any application or for any other reason whatsoever; mail that is late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, stolen, or postage due; typographical, printing, or other errors; or any combination thereof.

Entrant further agrees to release and hold harmless the Releasees for all liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever related to or arising from this Sweepstakes or Entrant’s entry thereto related to or arising out of any and all property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

Illegible, incomplete, and mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. False, fraudulent, or deceptive Entries or acts shall render an Entrant ineligible. Any damage made to Instagram will be the responsibility of the authorized account holder for the respective account submitted at the time of entry. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state, province, territory or federal laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of New York County, New York and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS (US$5.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIVE DOLLARS (US$5.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to any privacy policy stated on the Sponsor’s website.

12. General: If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or ihapparel.com becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper operation of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries in accordance with these Official Rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by Entrants, fraud, technical failures, shutdown of the respective service, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. The Releasees are not responsible for any interference with the Sweepstakes or ability of an Entrant to timely enter, receive notices, or communicate with Sponsor via Instagram in which case Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award the Prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any application(s) or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder associated with the Instagram account for the potentially winning entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

Note: Entries made by any individual or any entity other than Entrant, and/or originating at any other application or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial contest or sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device or computer software or bot to automate the entry process is prohibited.

13. To obtain a copy of an official winner’s list, mail your request, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked to: IN-HOUSE Wiz Khalifa Signed Poster Sweepstakes, 40 E. 94th Street, Apt. 19A, New York, NY, 10128. Winner List requests must be received no later than August 31, 2021.

14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this Sweepstakes and not to Instagram.
